State Judicial Issues New and Revised Forms, Including Domestic/Family and General Affidavit

The Colorado State Judicial Branch has issued new or revised forms and instructions, including those concerning domestic and family law and a general affidavit form. The new forms went into effect January 2011, and practitioners should begin using them immediately.

The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday issued one published opinion and six unpublished opinions.

In Regional Air, Inc. v. Canal Ins. Co., the Court granted Petitioner’s petition for panel rehearing or the limited purposes of adding footnotes 2 and 3 to the opinion. The petition for rehearing was denied in all other aspects.
