State Judicial Issues New and Revised Juvenile Relinquishment Forms

This has been a busy week for updates from Colorado State Judicial. It issued a host of forms and lists earlier this week and today it issued new instructions for juvenile relinquishment and a revised form to petition for relinquishment. Practitioners should begin using them immediately.

Most State Judicial forms are available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word formats. Many are also available as Word templates. The new forms can be downloaded from State Judicial’s individual forms pages, or below.
